📢 Recruitment Notice – ADMINISTRATIVE, FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR (M/F) – IN-SITU Project – Interreg NEXT Italy–Tunisia Programme 2021–2027

As part of the implementation of the IN-SITU project – Inclusive Social INnovation for the Development of Urban and Peri-urban Heritage Tourism, ANIMED SARL, the Tunisian partner of the project, is launching a call for the recruitment of an ADMINISTRATIVE,
FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR (M/F)

 

This position aims to ensure the accounting, administrative and financial management of the project within ANIMED, in compliance with the rules of the Interreg NEXT Italy–Tunisia programme, ANIMED’s internal procedures and the requirements of the lead partner, the University of Palermo (Italy).

 

🎯 Purpose of the assignment:

Under the supervision of ANIMED’s project coordinator, the recruited person will be notably responsible for:
– Ensuring the compliance of operations with the eligibility rules of the IN-SITU project, in accordance with the procedures of the Interreg NEXT Italy–Tunisia programme and Tunisian law;
– Ensuring the management of administrative and financial procedures and tools;
– Ensuring coordination and accounting and financial management;
– Ensuring HR coordination and payroll management;

 

👉 Profile sought:

The following may apply:
– Candidates of Tunisian nationality, enjoying their civil and political rights and having no criminal record;
– Holders of a university degree (minimum Master’s) in accounting, finance, management or a related field;
– With proven professional experience of at least 5 years in the accounting, administrative and financial management of projects co-financed by the European Union or international donors, with mandatory experience in internal or external audit, compliance control or financial verification of projects, including the production of audit or control reports;
– With strong knowledge of expenditure management and justification rules in international cooperation programmes (Interreg, IEV CTF, ENI CBC, Erasmus+, etc.);
– With excellent command of French; knowledge of English and/or Italian is an asset.

 

📋 Position conditions:

Type of contract:

– Permanent contract (CDI) or expert contract;
– Remuneration: 3,400 TND gross/month, part-time or equivalent;
– Assignment: possibility of assignment to other projects managed by ANIMED;
– Location: Tunis (ANIMED headquarters), with possible occasional travel to Nabeul or Sicily depending on project needs.
